Our next Theme Quilt Unveiling is this Sunday, June 1st 11:30 and 4:30.  This month we offer the quit in two sizes!  Special thanks go to our new pattern test group for their help!

I had a fabulous time in the Caribbean with my family.  Boy was it nice to get away and just relax.  We took a couple of Jeep Safari tours in Aruba and Curacao.  It is a great way to explore the islands.  Then in St. Marteen and St. John  we spent a  couple of days at the beach...and savaed some time for shopping too!   

Then of course, we came back just in time for me to go to Quilt Market in Portland!  What a trip that was.  I spent the first day like all you quilters and had to check out several of the quiltshops in the area.  Got lots of new ideas for the shop and had a great time.  The next day I spent in what they call schoolhouse, where I got to see lots of new books, patterns and techniques.  (WOW do we have some great ones coming soon!)   Then for the next 3 days, I investigated new fabrics, patterns, books, notions and more....and of course that means I have tons of new stuff coming in.  Some new items are all ready in stock...we have a couple of new seasonal wall hangings; Stack of Jacks and Happy Holidays! I even brought back a  new purse that is just too cute along with several patterns so you can make one of your own!

Of course we have lots of great classes to choose from...so be sure and check out June and July classes!

Girls Night Out  - This is a wonderful event that you should not miss!  We have chosen June 14th as out Girls Night Out!  On this night, we provide dinner and you bring your own projects to work on.   We get to quilt to our hearts content until Midnight!  Sign up early as space is liimited!

Memory Lane Social - This is a special day reserved just for you to bring your projects in and work on it for free while spending time with fellow quilters!

Southern California Quilt Run - This is the 10th year anniversary of this run and it is going to be bigger and better than every.  Here is a sneak peak of why you should be on this run!  At each shop you will receive a free charm...and boy are they cute.  Also we have a great surprise pattern that is sure to please.  We even had the patterns broken up into sets so that you will have several completed quilts to choose from!  A specially designed fabric made by Hoffman Fabrics that is just gorgeous....can be purchased starting the first day of the run!  (Of course this fabric is all ready in the shop and you can stop in for a sneak peak...and pre-order it if you would like!)  Oh what fun this run will be!  Mark your calendars July 10th - 13th and July 17th - 20th.
